Course address: Chaussée de Wavre N ° 1179, 1160 Auderghem (meeting 15 minutes before the start of the course).

Metro 5 / Bus 34 – HANKAR stop or Tram 7/25 – ARSENAL stop

Training room: Gym of the primary school “Les Marronniers” (clean trainers leaving no traces on the floors compulsory).

Covid19 protocol: To participate without mask and distancing, valid Covid-Safe-Ticket and compliance with the Wallonia Brussels federation protocol mandatory!

Accessible to everyone from 15 to 77 years old.

Essential sportswear: Comfortable sportswear if possible without pockets, sports shoes with clean soles that do not leave traces (Auderghem), unsweetened drink and necessary towel.

No showers available in Auderghem, but a classroom or the school toilets can easily be used as changing rooms.

The club does not assume any responsibility for theft, so keep your personal belongings and valuables visible in the hall, and during training outside.

COVID19 measures:
To participate in the course without a mask and without social distancing, the presentation of a valid Covid-Safe-Ticket is mandatory.
Each participant must be equipped with a mask and to go to the meeting place and that of the training and maintain social distancing between participants, before and after training (except possession of a Covid-Safe -Valid ticket).
Wearing a mask is not compulsory during physical activity (except without a valid Covid-Safe-Ticket).
Hydro-alcoholic gel will be made available and its use will be at least before and after training.
The equipment will be disinfected before and after each training by the instructor.

Ludwik Kaman is a certified instructor by the International Krav Maga Global Federation (K.M.G.) who after years of practicing Krav Maga, graduated from the demanding KMG instructor training in August 2017.
Subsequently, in addition to participating in a rigorous manner in the continuous technical and pedagogical training, set up for all Belgian instructors and given every week for 3 hours, Ludwik continued to progress and obtain additional grades as well as participate in training to specialize in order to provide more effective and more appropriate solutions to many issues more frequently encountered by different specific audiences such as children or women.
